The DECAGONE consortium led by ENERTIME proposes a project demonstrating the potential of ORC technology for valorization of waste heat and its conversion to power for the self-consumption of industrial plants at a large industrial scale.

Enertime is the coordinator of DECAGONE project.

Since 2008, Enertime has been the manufacturer and supplier of turbo-machinery technologies. ENERTIME assists its customers and industrial partners in the implementation of complex industrial solutions to produce thermal or electrical energy. ENERTIME's ORC machines convert heat into electricity, Heat Pumps produce high temperature heat from lower temperature heat and electricity. Gas expansion turbines recover waste energy from gas distribution networks to produce electricity and cooling.

Enertime coordinates the consortium for technical development of the solution, as well as the general administrative aspects of the project.

At the same time, ENERTIME will actively collaborate with the partners in all the 9 WPs of the project, making a concrete contribution to all the innovations DECAGONE will bring to the ORC sector.
